For me to be able to update information myself is great – it feels very organic – it doesn’t take a huge decision to change how a product is described, and things don’t pile up, I can just change things as I need to.

The fact that it was all tailored to suit my products, or how I do business – it allows layers of information to all be there and all just work. Ordering works really well, it’s really easy to use and because I can do it anywhere the whole process is far easier and quicker.

You were very flexible to work with. When we were planning how it would look and work – any request you would just go and find a way to do it. You’re very open minded as well as design minded, and it was good to have design discussions without any arguing!
