For its second edition, Shifting Ground · A Garden Party returns to Ursquare, a collective space for
gathering and creation.
On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Brussels Design September, the exhibition brings together an international scene of contemporary designers presenting their latest creations. Shifting Ground brings the designers together around a common theme, which each of them freely interprets through their own practice. For this second edition, the theme takes the form of the lantern: a symbol of guidance and transmission, connecting diverse approaches while echoing the uncertainties currently shaping the creative professions.
At the crossroads of exhibition and shared experience, Shifting Ground · A Garden Party celebrates the strength of the collective and explores how creative communities continue to build connections despite the fragile ground on which they evolve.
