Solinas was selected and presented at Milan Design Week 2024<\/strong> at Brussels House in Milan<\/strong> – one of the most prestigious design events in the world. This recognition reflects the unique quality and innovative technique behind this ceramic wall lamp, which stands at the frontier between craft and digital fabrication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Solinas ceramic wall lamp is produced using a combination of two materials: earthenware clay and transparent biosourced PLA. The ceramic body is 3D printed through clay extrusion in our Brussels studio, then kiln-fired and finished by hand. The transparent PLA diffuser is printed separately and assembled with the ceramic base – creating a soft, warm light effect unique to this ceramic wall lamp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Every detail of the Solinas ceramic wall lamp has been designed with sustainability in mind. The PLA used is 100% biodegradable and recyclable, sourced from catering waste recycling channels. The earthenware is locally sourced and fired at low temperature to minimise energy consumption.
