The filament is made from composted wood shavings finely ground and mixed with corn starch as a natural binder. The result is a 3D printed wood filament vase with the texture and warmth of real wood, without any synthetic materials.

Inspired by the tradition of wickerwork, Aeras bridges age-old craft techniques and digital fabrication. The woven pattern is generated digitally and printed layer by layer – creating a structure that evokes basketry while being entirely produced through 3D printing in our Brussels studio. Aeras is designed for dried flowers only.

BIOSOURCED WOOD FILAMENT – A SUSTAINABLE MATERIAL

The biosourced wood filament used for Aeras is 100% biodegradable and recyclable. It contains no endocrine disruptors and is certified safe for food contact applications. This material is part of our commitment to zero-waste, sustainable design – every Aeras vase is printed on demand in Brussels to avoid overstock.

Available in two colours – khaki and natural – and two sizes. Each 3D printed wood filament vase is a unique object that brings the warmth of natural materials into your interior.

AERAS FEATURES

3D printed vase in biosourced wood filament – composted wood shavings and corn starch

Designed and manufactured in Brussels, Belgium

Inspired by wickerwork – for dried flowers only

Available in khaki and natural

100% biodegradable, recyclable, no endocrine disruptors

Food-safe certified material

Zero waste – printed on demand

Explore our full Biosourced PLA Objects collection or discover our full Objects range.
